Here are the next steps to take in order to make a claim with masterquote:
Have your details ready before you call
- Please have your client reference number ready - you will find this at the top of all our letters
to you. - Check that the claim is covered by your policy. Each section of the policy tells you what is insured and what is not insured. The cover you have requested is shown on your policy schedule.
We will take you through the claims procedure
- You will be asked to provide details of your claim, which will be registered straightaway by one of our friendly claims advisors.
- We will advise you whether your claim is covered by our policy and any excess amount which
may apply. - You could be asked to complete a claims form depending on the insurance company you
are with. - We will explain to you what will happen next.
- For Pet claims you will be required to fill out a claims form that will be sent to you upon request.
