Premier Plus Breakdown
masterquote insurance also offer Premier Plus Breakdown, provided by the RAC. One of the largest Breakdown and Recovery organisations in the UK, the RAC repair 81% of breakdowns at the roadside helping you on your way as quickly as possible.
For a one-off payment of just £48.50, masterquote’s full service product includes the following benefits:
- Home Start
If you’re unlucky enough to breakdown at home, the RAC will try to fix your vehicle immediately or take it to your local garage
- Local Recovery
Breakdown within 25 miles from your home address and the RAC will recover your vehicle and take it to your local garage
- Roadside Assistance
Your vehicle will be repaired at roadside or taken to a destination of the driver’s choice
- Journey Continuation
There are several options available to help you continue you on your journey including; roadside assistance, overnight accommodation for up to 4 passengers, 24hr car hire or refund for the cost of public transport.
- European Cover
If your car breaks down or is disabled as a result of an accident, the RAC will arrange; Emergency roadside assistance, Onward transportation - car hire or rail transport, up to the value of £750, or Overnight accommodation up to a maximum value of £400 (Based on a cost of £25 per person per night)
- Helmet and Leathers
As a sensible biker you’ve probably spent a lot of money on your helmet and protective clothing, however, even the smallest of mishaps can leave you having to fork out more money for replacements. For a one off payment of £35.00 that’s under £3.00 a month, masterquote can cover these items, if damaged in a motorcycle accident within the UK. We will pay out a maximum of £1000 for any one loss, subject to a single article limit of £500. Please note there is a £50 excess per claim.
