Permission given for extra caravans ? Cheap motorhome insurance
Posted :13-10-2008
A caravan park has been granted permission to install ten static caravans in place of two log cabins, it has been reported.
In news that may interest those looking for cheap motorhome insurance, the park had to submit a detailed scheme of its plans, according to the Nidderdale Herald.
Harrogate council received the application on behalf of Warren Forest Caravan Park near Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, the source says.
The scheme includes plans for landscaping and planting trees and shrubs.
Permission has also been granted for a single-storey extension to the warden's accommodation and a reception building at the caravan park.
The scheme has been allowed to go ahead as planners said it would not have a detrimental impact on the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, according to the source.
In recent caravanning news, a council rejected proposals for 45 new static caravans at a holiday park in Dorset.
