UK to get cheap car insurance

A new survey suggests that UK car insurance could be about to get cheaper.

Allen and Allen has revealed that the price of car insurance in the UK is unlikely to increase.

The non-standard car insurance broker has predicted that, on the whole, car insurance premiums will either remain constant or slightly decrease in the short term.

UK car insurance appears to be on a cusp according to the broker, and will either level out in the next few months or begin to drop.

Insurers have recently warned against parents insuring their children's cars under their names to save money and cut corners and UK car insurance has also been accused of being expensive and over-priced.

However, Allen and Allen claim that premiums are unlikely to notably fall in price, arguing that as a result of increasingly accurate data, insurers have greater knowledge with which to issue quotes, as well as a greater understanding of risk assessment.
