Motorhome show to be held this month - Motorcaravan insurance

The UK's largest outdoor motorhome show is due to start later this month, according to the latest motorcaravan insurance news.

Out and About Live reports that the Northern Motorcaravan Show will open at the Pickering showground between September 19th and 21st.

Taking part amidst the landscape of the North Yorkshire Moors, the weekend-long show will feature hundreds of stands in the exhibition area, with motorhoming experts on site to provide advice on all aspects of the pastime.

In addition, regular attendees of the annual event will have the opportunity to meet up with old friends, while organised day trips have been set up to Pickering on the Monday of the show, the news provider reports.

Launched in 1995, the Northern Motorcaravan Show was originally held the York Racecourse until moving to its new home this year, according to whatsonyork.com.

In recent caravan insurance news, the oldest caravan designed to be towed behind a car celebrated its 100th birthday after the Motor Museum in Llangollen discovered it was built earlier than first thought.
