Scrap caravan on show - Motorcaravan insurance

A caravan made with pieces of scrap and rubbish is to be placed on show over the weekend, it has been reported.
In an event which may interest motorcaravan insurance customers, a Romany caravan built from parts taken from cast-offs at the Findon Sheep Fair on Saturday (September 20th), according to the Midhurst and Petworth Observer.
Trevor Williams, 54 and from Shoreham, constructed the vehicle from items he found on the rubbish tip, eBay and at car boot fairs, spending a few hours a day on the project with help from his wife Tracey, 37.
Completed in June, the project took Mr Williams a total of six months, the newspaper reports.
Last month, the first caravan designed to be towed behind a car was revealed to be 100 years old.
Gwilym Owen, who owns the museum is in which it is housed, described it as being "very much like a garden shed on wheels".
