Actor Jude Law is going on a mammoth motorcycle tour of South America to escape the media, after his high profile break-up with fiancé Sienna Miller and has convinced his Hollywood friend Ewan McGregor to join him. McGregor, who recently covered 20,000 miles across the globe on a motorbike with pal Charley Boorman, reportedly sent a DVD of the hit documentary "Long Way Round" to Jude Law, inspiring him to take the trip. In "Long Way Round", McGregor and Boorman rode BMW R 1150 GS Adventure motorbikes around the world beginning in London and ending in New York, visiting most of Europe, Russia, Alaska and Canada in between. Law's journey is also reportedly inspired by last year's hit movie "The Motorcycle Diaries", which charted the adventures of Che Guevara. "Like most people, he was inspired by the scenery in 'The Motorcycle Diaries' and quickly suggested to Ewan that they follow that route for a sequel [to Long Way Round]", an insider told the Daily Star. "Ewan didn't need much persuading and agreed to join Jude with Charley for the second big adventure." Whilst covering potentially difficult and dangerous terrain, Jude Law, Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman will no doubtedly ensure they have the correct and cheapest motorcycle insurance they can find.
