Kate Moss gets leathered

Super-duper-model Kate Moss has penned a lucrative contract to model Belstaff motorcycle apparel. Worth a rumoured £1 million, the contract will be Moss's fifth major deal since being photographed going down on some speed-bump sized lines of Columbian marching powder. Since then Moss has dumped her drug-addled, wanna-be tortured rock god boyfriend Pete Docherty and never looked back, penning contracts with Burberry, Calvin Klein and Virgin Mobile. Belstaff was founded in Stoke-on-Trent in 1924 and has become of the most reputable names in durable, yet ostentaciously stylish motorcycle wear. The Belstaff Trialmaster jacket has been worn by such illustrious bikers as Sammy Miller and Phil Read, not to mention that effortlessly cool symbol of careless revolutionary chic, Che Guevara. On a more contemporary note, celebrity bikers like George Clooney and Leonardo DiCaprio have recognised the cool and slightly retro functionality of Belstaff jackets and worn them in movies such as Ocean's 12 and The Aviator. So Kate will be in good company when she drapes herself in Belstaff and she'll probably make the jackets look better than even Che himself did.
