Amongst the many delights to be experienced in the north of the country, the best so far this year has to be the National Motorcycle Show at Manchester's G-Mex exhibition centre.
From January 5th to 7th, visitors were treated to a range of displays, stunts and stands such as the Custom and Extreme Performance Cover.
The event also featured the first Ducati 1098 to be shown in the UK, with the superbike going on display as the doors opened for fans to drool over it.
According to Motorcycle News, Benelli also saw the exhibition as a chance to exhibit its new 2007 Tre-K and Tornado models.
After the company missed the chance last year to showcase their range at the show, 2007 proved the perfect opportunity for the Italian brand to give punters an idea of forthcoming models.
Trials freestyler Jason Finn also made an appearance, Bike Shows Europe reports, treating the crowd to a number of tricks and turns.
