New Piaggio helmet on sale

Motorcycle and scooter riders wanting to look stylish on the road might be interested to hear about a new helmet from Piaggio.

The Italian manufacturer has designed the Micro, which weighs a feather-like 950g but meets all necessary safety standards.

It has a hand-stitched leather trim and a gloss paint finish available in three fabulous colours - black, silver or orange for the more extravagant bikers out there.

And it also has the added feature of a hypoallergenic Dupont Terinda lining, which means the head gear will look and smell good.

For those really wanting to go retro, the Micro comes with storm goggles that can be detached.

Currently retailing for approximately £79.99, the Micro is a must-have for all fashion-conscious bikers who consider safety as important as style.

Piaggio manufactures the Vespa scooter and celebrated the production of 10,000 models in 2006.
