Cumbria Constabulary sets up mini-bike club

In an effort to erase the sight of hooded chavs belting around parks on microscopic motorbikes, Cumbria's police have set up a mini-bike club for the budding Barry Sheens'.
Cumbria Constabulary has managed to obtain over £3,000 for the club, which should ensure that they get to ride around as much as they please - or until they fall and scuff their shiny white trainers, reports Inside Bikes.
The club will be based in Workington and should be running within the next few weeks.
"I empathise with people who ride bikes as a hobby, and this is about educating people, not punishing them," said PC Richard Smillie, a representative from Cumbria Constabulary.
"We want to stop anti-social bike riding and give people a chance to ride in a safe environment, where they won't cause trouble," he added.
But surely these riders would prefer to get their hands on something more for their age group, rather than riding around on something that makes them look like they're part of a circus act?
At least there'll be no chance of getting arrested for driving illegally.
