MotoGP fans are sure to have a cracking weekend as Sunday is set to see the fifth round of the championship take place in France.
The Alice Grand Prix de France takes place at the famous Le Mans circuit, which was last modified in 2006 and gives riders a 4,180-metre-long course to get their teeth into, according to the official website for the tournament.
Four left turns and nine right turns give each biker a number of tricky manoeuvres to contend with, while the longest straight, measuring 450 metres, could be the perfect length to really gain some speed.
Meanwhile, Valentino Rossi may be looking to gain some ground on Casey Stoner, who currently heads up the championship leaderboard with 86 points.
Rossi, in second place with 71 points, sits in front of Spaniard Dani Pedrosa with 49 points and Italy's Marco Melandri with 41 points, with all surely aiming for the top spot at the race this weekend.
