Superbike World Championship hits London

Petrol heads and speed freaks will unite in joy as the Superbike World Championship heads to London on August 3rd to 5th.

The race weekend will take place at Brands Hatch, with current tournament leader Toseland hoping to secure his place above rivals such as Biaggi and Haga.

Fans of the sport will find the race a thrilling instalment, with the supercharged vehicles powering around the track. However, even the uninitiated are likely to see the entertaining spectacle as a fun day out for the family.

What's more, Noriyuki Haga, the Japanese racer hoping to make a dent in the leader's position, states that the English circuit is his favourite on the calendar.

The secret to winning in the UK, as Haga says is "to always attack the track because if you hesitate the track is not forgiving. Then it's down to experience and I believe I have built up enough here".
