Motorcycle manufacturer Yamaha has asked for the opinion of the general public on two new models, it has been reported.
The company has teamed up with a motorcycle magazine to ask the motorcycle fans whether the new bikes should be brought to the UK market or not.
Both bikes will be sold on the continent, according to Motorcycle News.
Featuring the first three-section semi-double cradle frame for a Yamaha off-road motorcycle, the WR250R also has 46mm upside-down forks, 250 mm front wave-type disc and a 230mm rear disc and would be available in blue and white.
The WR250X includes much the same technology, but has 17-inch wheels and radial tyres as well as different damping settings for use on tarmac, the magazine asserts.
Yamaha recently announced that it will display some 19 exhibition bikes at the upcoming 16-day Tokyo Motor Show as part of an exhibition booth based around the concept of The Art of Engineering.
