'Reincatnation'

Some 13 per cent of the British public believe that their pet may have led a previous life, according to a leading pet insurance firm.
A survey carried out by Petplan suggests that 27 per cent of believers think that a pet they had previously owned has returned, while 23 per cent feel that a person they had known previously has returned in animal form.
Scots are most likely to believe that their furry friends had returned from beyond the grave (22 per cent), while only half as many people (11 per cent) in London and the north of England think that their dog or cat is taking a second trip through life.
Head of marketing at the firm Simon Wheeler comments: "Reincarnation is a commonly held belief globally so perhaps it's no surprise that so many people think their pet may have lived before - though quite how you'd know a fish was a reincarnation I can only guess."
In related news, NFU Mutual recently advised owners to take care of their pets this Christmas and not ignore them during the celebrations.
