Bull-mastiff takes out the bins

While the typical dog requires some form of maintenance and can even require significant training in some situations, one bull-mastiff in Maryland has left the responsibility of walking and feeding to himself.
Ronin, a five-year-old bull-mastiff who is described as obedient and gentle, helps his owner with everything from taking out the trash to walking himself.
Owner Lloyd Weedon said: "I don't have to walk him with a leash. From the first moment he came to the house he showed us things that we'd never seen before."
Considered to be a head-strong dog that can sometimes be boisterous and over-protective of its owners, the bull-mastiff's original breeding stock was 60 per cent English Mastiff and 40 per cent Bulldog.
Bull-mastiffs generally have large, square heads and a dominating demeanor and picky tastes, yet Ronin seems to buck the trend by taking care of himself, yet owners of any type of dog should make sure they have adequate pet insurance for dogs.
