Low fee neutering offered in Kent - pet health insurance

The RSPCA is offering cut-price cat neutering this month for pet owners who receive benefits.
The charity's bus clinic will park up in Margate and Ramsgate and provide discounted operations.
Prices for neutering a male cat can reach £40 and a female £60 but the RSPCA is offering the same operation for £15 and £20 respectively.
Cats can start breeding at five months and have three litters of six cats a year. This can amount to 20,000 offspring and produce a huge amount of strays.
This has galvanised the charity to act and provide free operations.
Vivienne Dalton, cattery co-coordinator at the RSPCA, said: "There is no benefit to your cat in letting her have a litter of kittens before being spayed. "Also, spaying a female cat promptly after she has given birth to a litter is important, as she could otherwise become pregnant again almost immediately," said Ms Dalton to mk-news.co.uk
Neutered toms are also at less risk of contracting cat HIV, although the cost of some pet diseases can be covered by pet health insurance.
