Unlucky cat has lives to spare - Pet insurance

A Wiltshire cat is still going strong after using up at least four of his nine lives, it has been reported.
Oscar, a five-year-old cat which could use some serious pet health insurance, has racked up vet bills worth £2,000 after getting into a series of adventures, according to the Wiltshire Gazette & Herald.
Linda Satchell, the cat's owner, told the newspaper: "He has been in that many scrapes I cannot recall them all. He has always been an inquisitive cat and I think that is what lands him in so much trouble."
The careless cat's troubles started when he was hit by a car when he was just two, and then was locked inside a local church on two occasions. Mrs Satchell also said the feline has a fondness for hitching lifts on delivery vans.
In his most recent mishap, Oscar lost a fight with a badger, which saw the unfortunate cat lose a hind leg and its tail and undertake £1,400 worth of vet's treatment.
Mrs Satchell said that the family is now waiting to see what accident the hapless pet finds himself in.
Oscar's enemy, the badger, often frequent people's gardens during night time visits, as they search for insects and plants to eat, according to the Badger Trust.
