Girl praises dog 'football coach' - Pet insurance quote

A pet dog has helped a Dudley schoolgirl become one of the top strikers on her football team, it has emerged.
Seven-year-old Grace Field has scored 48 goals in the Stourbridge and District Youth League this season, according to the Wolverhampton Express and Star.
Grace, who is the only girl playing for Gornal Athletic, told the newspaper that the secret to her success is practice sessions in her back garden with her pet dog Dotti.
Explaining that the canine acts a goalkeeper, the youngster said: "I like playing with Dotti as I can practice my shots. Sometimes she saves them and sometimes she doesnt."
The girl's manager, Mile Sadler, described Grace as a "special player" and said she has a future ahead of her in the sport.
Jake, the budding star's brother, also trains with the dog and recently helped his team to win a charity cup competition.
Last month, Brazilian legend Ronaldinho said that a dog called Bon Bon helped him develop his skills by chasing his football, reports goal.com.
