Bilbo back on beach - Pet insurance for dogs

The dog which was forced to give up his life guarding duties on a Cornish beach will be allowed back on the sand.
Bilbo, a 14-stone Newfoundland dog, was told by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) that he was not allowed on the beach at Sennen Cove, even though he had been helping lifeguards.
However, an agreement has been made between the beach owner, the RLNI and Penwith district council to let the pet make guest appearances on the beach twice a week.
The 'Hasselhoff hound' will also visit schools and dog-friendly beaches to promote safety and responsible dog ownership.
Steve Jamieson, Bilbo's owner and RNLI lifeguard supervisor, commented: "I'm delighted that Bilbo and I will be able to promote beach and sea safety messages, which aim to change people's attitudes and behaviour through education.
"He will enjoy twice weekly visits to Sennen beach to meet the public."
However, not everyone was as happy with the news.
Kate Jmo, a Bilbo family member and admin of Facebook group Keep Bilbo on the Beach, posted a message saying it is not fair the dog can only go on the beach for four hours a week and promised to keep her petition going.
