A dog awards show is searching the country for the best mutts and mongrels, it has been reported.
The UK's first Cold Wet Nose Show is an alternative to Crufts and instead of looking for pedigree breeds is looking for the nation's best ordinary dog, according to the Daily Mail.
One hopeful contestant is Cas, an eight-year-old border collie who was found abandoned in the Welsh mountains.
Thanks to tender loving care from Gina Graham, 23, the dog eventually recovered from her panic attacks and fear of people to become her owner's perfect pet.
Ms Graham told the newspaper: "Cas had a terrible start to her life, but I took her to agility classes and she just loved it.
"It really brought out her confidence and she changed from a scared little puppy into a confident young dog."
She also revealed the dog enjoys dancing in the lively way of Britain's Got Talent finalist, Gin.
According to its website, the Cold Wet Nose awards are looking for ordinary dogs which have made a difference to someone's life.
