'Be careful of cliffs when dog-walking' - Cheap pet insurance

Dog owners in the south-west are advised to be careful when walking their pets on cliff tops.
In advice which may reduce pet health insurance claims, the RSPCA has told owners to ensure their dogs are kept on leads when near unfenced cliffs.
Felicity Cross, RSPCA spokeswoman, commented: "It only takes a split second for even the most obedient pet to dart after a rabbit or try to catch a seagull."
The tips come after a dog injured his leg after falling 12 metres from cliffs in Padstow.
Harvey, a spaniel, needed vet treatment worth £1,400 after breaking his paw in the incident and it is not known if he was covered by pet insurance for dogs.
Fred Caygill, a spokesman for the Coastguard, also reminded dog owners not to put themselves in danger by attempting to rescue pets, according to the BBC.
Earlier this month, the Metro reported that a man and his pet dog survived a 200-foot plunge of a cliff in Dorset, after their car went over the edge.
